The green bar shows site visitors that the transaction is encrypted and the organization has been authenticated according to the most rigorous industry standard.
This bar may be replaced by the legal company's name in green like in Safari, for example.
Among others, Mozilla, Microsoft, Opera, KDE and Apple browsers all support EV SSL certificates. Those who don't will simply use the SSL encryption available.
Remember that, as always, SSL is only available in the most data sensitive pages.

Saturday was a very busy day for E-Pera™. I re-worked a lot of things regarding site improvement. From simple updating, daily routine clicks, ad placements, to the template itself (I modified a lot of it).. Yes, yours truly managed to do it all. Whew! I never thought it would be this hard to maintain this website. But I believe in first impressions, and I don't want my visitors to be turned off upon seeing my layout. If you guys have suggestions, I'd like to hear them. You can mail me or simply leave a comment.
Oh yeah, before I forgot! Since this site is doing great progress, I managed to fix my office and bought the necessary stuffs to keep this site going.
I'm proud to show off my new workspace!
That's right! I'm reaping the benefits of hardwork baby!
