Added MTX BUX on list

After doing a series of clicks, I've decided to add mtxbux on my main list of ptc sites.
It has a user friendly script, simple yet straight. Has a separate text and banner Ads. Although I had a difficult time finding the logout button. You just have to go to "Account" then find the blue button.

• Standard members get $0.0025 per website they visit and $0.0025 per website their referral(s) visit & & Maximum you get 14 clicks from every referral.
• Silver members get $0.01 per website they visit and $0.005 per website their referral(s) visit & Maximum you get 9 clicks from every referral.
• Golden members get $0.015 per website they visit and $0.01 per website their referral(s) visit & Maximum you get 5 clicks from every referral.

If you have at least $1 accumulated, you can click on "Get Cash" within Member's Area and it will submit your request.
You can choose to be paid by either AlertPay or PayPal, they support both.
