Admin Says:
"Due to the extremely high volume of cheating from China we have implemented the following rule:
ALL MEMBERS FROM CHINA MUST BE UPGRADED TO RECEIVE PAYMENT
members from China who request an are not upgraded will have payment requests canceled"
This is a common rule on PTC sites. They always require members from china to upgrade first because they say that a lot of them are cheaters. Lucky for me I live in the philippines and is not a chinese. I really do think that despite the massive cheating, there are still honest users in that country. I hope someday PTC owners develop a way to determine cheaters without the consent of banning honest members.

There are also OFW Pinoys in China that are encountering problems in joining PTCs like this one. This does not include China banning a site. Too bad for the honest ones.
Too bad for the non-chinese members who live there. I hope they won't ban our country. Hehe!
