Yesterday, I received the answer from Google regarding my appeal from re-enabling my adsense account.
Here is what the Adsense Team has to say thru my e-mail:

Hello,

Thank you for appealing the disabling of your AdSense account. This
message confirms that we've received your appeal submission.

We'll try to review your account in a timely manner, but depending on the
volume of appeals we receive, it may take up to 48 hours or longer for us
to reply. In addition, there may be a delay in our response if you've
submitted your appeal during the weekend. Also, please be aware that
appealing the disabling of your AdSense account does not guarantee that it
will be reinstated.

As a reminder, if you have any questions about accounts disabled for
invalid ad activity, please visit our Invalid Activity Disabled Account
FAQ: https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=57153.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Sincerely,

The Google AdSense Team

Quite frankly, I'm not pleased with this answer.
But its google's decision.. I just have to find other ad earning options then.

You won't believe this, but my account was disabled, too. It happened sometime today, and they gave me the exact some letter they gave you. I think it was from people clicking on too many ads on my site at once because I noticed an unusually high number of clicks in the last few days. Of course, they don't tell you why it happened, but I'm betting that's what happened with mine.

Oh well, can't do nothing but move with it, but I hope this doesn't become a problem with other accounts though.

Thanks for sharing and good luck to you buddy.

My adsense account was disabled last january.Google sent me exactly the same letter you received.actually all disabled account have received that kind of letter. was really disappointed because i'm about to request payment few days more before that happened.my balance was already nearly $90. ofcourse i tried to sent them a letter and asked for re-enabling my account and so they can check it again because i believed i didn't cheat or even click my own ads.not even once. oh well they answered my letter, of course they declined my appeal. i haven't heard any stories that they enabled an adsense account. so...what can we do...we were left with no choice... sigh.

hmmmn, im thinking about creating/registering another adsense account soon. any tips from the experts? we will gladly appreciate it. :)

I got declined too and did nothing but put the code on every page. I only had $20 worth of activity in three months and they said I posed a threat. My website gets over a thousand views a day and I only raked in $20?
